This app is third class. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t save work. Released without proper testing.
Works fine
The chatbot works fine. There was a problem with website premium payment and I was able to pay it using chatbot
Worst ever app and worst ever insurance company
This app is not at all user friendly as like this pnb MetLife insurance company

I believe it’s not a proper app developed for customer service!
Such a useless app, never responded to any of the query asked rather its trying to access contact, camera, microphone etc . Developer who developed this useless junk must also be a junk who would never get a job in a good IT company.

Why is yahoo.com not a valid id ?
I was trying to register my e-mail id . It happens to be a yahoo mail Id and the moment I enter it ; it display “please enter a valid id “ .
