Things need a lot of improvement
Remote functions does not work all the time. They use Vodafone network which is bad in all the areas. The maps are not that great. No major upgrades so far.

The driving history is completely inaccurate. Instead of showing the actual route, GPS coordinates, and locations visited, the app displays the same default map and default location names for every trip. This makes the driving history unreliable and almost useless.
The UI also feels outdated and needs a major refresh. A tracking app should accurately display the real start and end locations, route, and coordinates, but this app fails at the most basic functionality. Please fix the map data and modernize the overall experience.

This could have been a wonderful app given the features but doesnât function or respond 70% of the times

There should be also a feature should be fix without app also window should be open with key features like Vw Cars hope this will fix soon

I donât have a Kia but I want to tell something
Hey Kia you should make a car that has 6 seats 2 in the front 2 in the middle and 2 in the back and the front and the middle seats should be massager captain seats with a remote to control them , and the car should have high voltage , enough space to walk to move to they front and back seats and should be at least 5 feet tall so that you could stand in it and it should be in all India states , cost under âš30 lakh and should get more than a 3star in safety testing ( hereâs what you can do to get that : add bulletproof glass everywhere in the car and make the car exterior out of Grade 5 titanium ) and add a soft carpet for the floor of the car trust me soon they will get sold out fast and I will buy it tooâŚ

I had a very bad experience with Kia connect.
They claim to provide excellent services which is a big LIE.
The navigation system is worst of all I have ever seen, do not follow Kia connectâs map, google maps are better.
The voice calling system also doesnât work properly.
Not at all worth the price, many got wasted.

Kia connect not working
I purchased kia seltos just 4 days ago i am in uae and kia connect i am trying to connect since 4 days it is not working otp is not coming to the registered number. There is a bug
Constant server issues on iPhone 17 Pro and iOS26.
Constant server issues on iPhone 17 Pro. When opening the app, it keeps displaying âtrying to connect to serverâ with a blank white screen. Can't even access the login screen. Feels like the Kia India IT team is the weakest link in the chain. Not a pleasant experience!

Unable to login. Canât even reset the password. Been the same since last 3 years.
App not opening on iOS 26
The app worked smoothly on earlier OS. As soon as I updated to iOS 26 Public Beta, the app freezes at the start screen with an all black windows. Request to fix it at earliest.
The Map is useless without geocode search
There is no way to search latitude, longitude. It was working in the old version before MapMyIndia.

Password reset doesnât work
After the recent update, the app has forced to relogin . I have forgotten the password and attempted the reset password . Even after multiple attempts the app doesnât allow me to reset my password . In any other app after entering your email id and another form of verification you can reset. But this one doesnât work

Please put driving info details direct on status page it is the best thing for checking car driving details just put it on direct status page make it easy for people on next update please make it on status page
Map navigation update needed
Kia should upgrade or change the navigation app , it is not accurate one and â school ahead â announcement are many times are wrongly repeated .
Donât subscribe waste of money and time
Passed 20 days couldnât activate service, now asking 14k for modem replacement and not still refunding . wouldnât recommend Kia if you value time . Donât subscribe as service is very poor .
User profile settings not working
Earlier we could control profile settings like âguide me home lightâ, etc through user profile settings. But now Iâm unable to see any of those settings in user profile settings. Please bring it back.
