This app use to work wonderfully for my 2017 Kia Sorento, nothing now. I’ve been trying to use it to diagnose my car since my check engine light came on (which I’ve done in the past) it keeps giving me instructions for set up but nothing is working, I’m sure I know why the light is on being it just happened earlier this month and I just had my engine replaced last May (gas cap) I would still like to use the feature I was so use to using in the past highly disappointed with this being this was more convenient then going and having the code pulled to understand what was going on

Mostly useless
I value the parking minder feature but it rarely works. When my iPhone is connected to Apple Car Play, the app often says it’s not. And lately the app says KIA services are not available. Basically useless

Update: I got a response to call into a number. I called in. They had no clue. They said they believe the app is no longer supported. Not sure why this is not documented here in the notes.

‘15 Sorento with “eServices” that don’t do anything…. At this point the software in the car is so useless you can’t connect an iPhone to it without it crashing entirely. Literally having to rest the radio to get it to do anything. At this point we’re just using a Bluetooth fm transmitter.

Login is impossible, unable to re-register. App, like Kia’s clearcoat paint is an ugly failure.
Broken App
App worked for many years with our 2019 Sorento but now it continues to fail. Not a great loss since the app didn’t really do much to begin with.

Can't log on or reset my password
I just downloaded the app and registered in it, setting my password. When I go to log on, the app says it doesn't recognize my email address or password. So I tap the "Reset Password" link and enter my email address. The app says that there is an error. So I try to register again, thinking that maybe I registered with an incorrect email address. The app tells me that email address is already registered. There is no contact info for support. So the app is unusable.

No way to long back in
This App keeps a ring up and now i cante ven long back in and use my cars services etc. Increíble how use leas this is. When reseting the password over and over doesnt help.
