Won’t get past the loading screen. Complains of network issues.

Interested in the car, thought I would check this out before going to the dealership. Well straight to the dealership I go. Gets to 99% loaded in the app then disconnects from server, tried multiple times.
Crashes
App crashes every time it loads. Keeps saying it has lost internet connection to the server.

Downloads content, then says connection error & closes.
Won’t load
I have ordered a KIA EV6, lets hope it works better than this software
