App just doesn’t work

I’ve been doing my monthly payments since i got the car and the app doesn't reflect them, 4 months later is now in repossession🙃 I’ve been getting card saying my payment is past due but also another cards with a check of what I payed. They can’t even help me. My credit is looking bad now. Thanks Kia…

Probably the WORST app in existence
I have to go through the website every time because this app refuses to acknowledge my username and password but it works just fine online. I think 1st graders could outperform this Software team. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

The Kia finance is inside Kia Connect app, but this app is confusing

I can’t sign in ever and my autopay didn’t go through now I got a late payment
Service is a foreign concept at Kia
There is no technical support. When I called to explain problems logging in to make payments. I was shuffled around and problem was never address. Went to dealership to schedule an appt. To fulfill service and was told to earliest appt would be April six months away.

This is a dealer app, not a consumer app to make payments. There exists a different KIA app for consumers not called Kia Finance

very bad at all the time it falls. complicated. Lots of system failures.
Cannot log into app
Same issue as a couple other people here. Website login is just fine, but the app does not recognize my credentials

Access issue
Hi! I’m concerned why I can’t log in at my account via app although everything is good in official website! And the problem is not solved after reload app
Cannot depend on this to insure payment for your loan.
I have signed up for auto payment twice on this app only to be called by Kia twice and told my payment is 6 days late. Now I cannot even sign in to the app and it doesn’t even recognize my email address. So back to paper billing and my banks bill pay. Had GM finance for four years with no problem. Was thinking about the Uvo App but now I have cold feet with Kia. May even sell the car and go back to GM. Have a perfect credit rating and these clowns are going to screw it up.
