Waist of time doesn’t work period
I emailed you folks about this crap app not working and you folks helped me setup account on the internet I can log in fine on the internet but the app just does not work period! It doesn't know what car I have it won’t recognize my vin number and I can’t see the internet site because it’s designed for the phone app everything is too small to even see not worth the effete.
The biggest mistake Kia made is not supporting their apps I love my Kia Niro I hate the fact I can’t control anything from the comfort of my couch. My winters are cold and I need to be able to access my features before getting into my car if I knew now what the sales person never told me I would have passed now I am forced to sell my car and go with a different brand and lose money because of this.
Stay away from all Kia cars 2022 and newer no feature will work remotely.
