App no longer opens

The app no longer opens. I get a network error message and then it goes into a loop and won’t close. I have removed the app and reinstalled and still the same error. There are still features of the 2024 Kia Sportage that I am trying to learn but alas no joy. You tube videos provide much better instruction.

Owner manual not available

Downloaded the app to have access to the digital version of the owner manual for one of the models that Kia is currently selling. After selecting the year (2025) and model of the car, the app returns the message:
“Sorry, the requested digital owner’s manual cannot be found”
The only other feature remaining is the warning indicator list, and that one is also incomplete

INCORRECT INFORMATION

I have searched everywhere for a specific manual for my 2025 EV5 GTLine so the positive is that I have found one. Pity the first page talks about the 80% charge of the LiPO4 battery BUT the EV5 has a LiFePO4 battery that is quite different and is usually charged to a higher percentage. I hope the remaining information is correct for my car.

Download the app and all good for a week. Now there is nothing showing for my Ev 9. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Now I don’t see the EV 9 as a model choice

No data. App looks great but every option I tried to look at for EV5 just had error message “missing data”. Special developers that release app with just shell and zero contents.

Why asking my microphone permits?!!!

I downloaded. And for order to using it, asking to give a permission for microphone and camera. Why? That is my concern. This app is not a helpful tool! Deleted right away.

Just picked up our EV6 and excited to check out the owners manual to explore the features not explained in the handover, only to find a blank ‘error’ page where the full owners manual should be. What the?

I have purchased Kia Seltos 2024 model in Jan 2025. Saw message about this app in the Kia Connect app and downloaded. Realised, this app is not useful as there is no user manual for year 2024 Seltos ☹️
