What's New in 2.2 This release is mostly about typing and timing — the keyboard no longer gets in your way, and message times are finally right wherever you are. NEW • Position your profile picture. After choosing a photo you can drag and pinch to frame it before it's saved — for your profile picture, banner, restaurant logo and team photos. • A Done button above the keyboard on number, phone and multi-line fields, so you can always close it. Number pads had no way to dismiss them before. FIXED • Message times were wrong. Times were showing in the server's timezone rather than yours, so the same message could appear with two different times. Chat, conversation list, and post and comment times are now correct in your own timezone, wherever you are in the world. • The keyboard covered the field you were typing in. Forms now scroll the field you're editing above the keyboard — including About Me and other long text boxes. • Text boxes needed a second tap. Tapping another field while the keyboard was open did nothing the first time; it focuses immediately now. • The Next and Submit buttons disappeared while typing. They now scroll along with the form instead of hiding, so you can always finish a step. • Signing in was a dead end on iPhone. The phone number keypad had no return key, so the keyboard could not be closed and the Submit button was pushed out of view. • Restaurants could not save Business Type Details. Saving failed with "Something went wrong" for restaurants that had never set a location on the map. • The location pin was discarded. Dropping a pin or using Use Current Location without also typing a location threw the pin away. • The Speciality Cuisine list ran off the bottom of the screen and its options could not be reached. • Liked posts now show a red heart instead of a green one. • Removed a stray red ring around profile pictures. • The back button no longer overlaps your profile picture. • Tidied up spacing on the sign-in and sign-up screens. CHANGED • Plan prices now show the weekly rate, with the amount billed monthly to your Apple ID shown alongside it — so you can see both what it works out to per week and exactly what you'll be charged. • The Free plan is now called Standard. • Speciality Cuisine is optional and has moved to the end of the required-fields step — it only applies to people already working in the food industry. • On a profile you're connected with, one Unfollow button replaces the separate Disconnect and Unfollow buttons. It does both. • Clearer, more consistent wording in the Availability Status list.
