Bad
The app is plagued with bugs glitches. Turn your phone sideways? Chat bugs. Enter Picture in Picture mode? Player bugs. Need to change the resolution before the stream loads? Not possible. Just fire all the developers.
Disappointing
Constant crashes/app breaking if connection on your phone isnt ideal and not 5G, you would expect things to work slower but this app refuses to work unless conditions are ideal, youtube doesnt have that issue curiously enough
One of the worst app I’ve used
This app is so bad only reason I have is because one the streamer I like is on there, otherwise it’s garbage, same as rumble. When you pause and go back you can’t play again, you have to restart the app—such a headache. Even if you pause and go surf the net or whatever, terrible experience.

Horrible on Mobile
Loading kick on mobile no matter if I have internet or not is miserable. Sometimes the stream stops and goes black and no matter how many times I restart the app it continues. Sometimes when I open I am logged out and have to log in which is also miserable and takes so long. Overall, it needs to be better for mobile.

SPAM COMMENTS OUT OF CONTROL
This platform uses bot mods. If that’s the case, program them to detect repetitive comments and/or similar comments. After about 3 detections, those users should be set to a time limit where they cannot comment for up to 5 minutes. The spam comments take away from the genuine comments and the experience.

For example, if they’re live and I’m watching the same video but I’ve missed 2 hours and I start watching from beginning of the vod chat is still live. Can you make it to where chat is at that time of the video I’m watching please?

What is going on?
For the last eight days, your app has not been working correctly! I have to refresh every three minutes because either the stream stops, the sound goes out, there’s double of each person in chat, their comments, and more. I don’t understand why nobody is fixing these problems or are you just avoiding it? It’s been eight days. I cannot say it enough! Please fix the app before the streamers start losing money because us that watch them cannot even use the app correctly so we can’t even watch! Does that make sense?
