Too easy to tap on ad & be taken on a ride from safari to Amazon etc. Annoying forced 5s ad views

2nd: it is about battery consumption when it runs in the background. It drains my iPhone battery quite quickly!

Details:
Quite often u are forced to see an ad for about 5 secs before a hardly visible button shows to close it and move on to the content. When scrolling through articles it happens quite often that u accidentally hit an ad and then your trip through various apps starts: first the browser pops up, then amazon may pop up …. This is no accident, i believe the ads are placed in a way that it is almost inevitable to tap on one.
Battery drain: I noticed that when I don’t close the app completely it totally drains my battery on my iPhone
Kicker+ vs free content: It seems like there is less free and more premium content. Given the annoying ads that is just adding to the dissatisfaction with the app.
I still use it b/c I’m a creature of habit and I don’t know of better alternatives , although I read more and more often sports content from major papers

The last update to universal app came with quite a few graphics changes that work out great. App feels much more contemporary. E.g. The top nav bar is easier to navigate and clearer. I also like that you now see both teams starting 11 on the same page.
Where it could be better is their coverage of international leagues. I find it strange that it's easier to find the Chinese or Japanese league but difficult to find a South American league in Brazil and Argentina. Being a German app I like that they cover the lower divisions but there is coverage for 3 division leagues (and 4th or lower English divisions) in who knows where but no coverage for South American 2nd divisions. It would also be nice to have the competing football/soccer leagues in the US listed such as the NASL to follow teams like Cosmos NY not just the MLS. German league coverage aside, I find their international league focus is too much geared toward what currently is creating the biggest money hype.
Their coverage of South American cups like the Libertadores could also be better. This is the biggest club competition aside the UEFA Champions League. Lots of famous clubs play there. When they cover some of the leagues above it is tough to navigate to.
I personally also don't care at all about their "esports" coverage. To me that's another moving to the money hype move. I'm not against covering it but I find it too prevalent. Especially if they fall short in covering other leagues. While not a key interest for me, their women soccer coverage could also be better. Especially if they devote so much to esports and China.

zuerst einmal das positive die Artikel in der App sind meistens gut geschrieben und die Ergebnisse und Statistiken sind immer aktuell und sehr umfangreich. Deswegen fand ich das Pro Abo um die App werbefreie nutzen zu können auch ok zumal man 5 Geräte parallel anmelden kann.
Damit kommen wir aber auch zum negativen. Ich habe das Pro Abo auf 2 Geräten genutzt, mein IPhone und auf meinem Windows Desktop PC. Auf dem PC kein Problem, auf dem IPhone wurde ich regelmäßig aus dem Pro Abo geworfen und ein neuer Login wurde jedes Mal als neues Gerät gewertet so das die 5 Logins schnell voll waren. Also mussten die Logins vom Support zurück gesetzt werden. Das hat auch immer funktioniert. Nach dem 3 mal wurde es mir zu blöd und ich habe angefragt ob an dem Problem überhaupt gearbeitet wird. Keine Antwort, daher habe ich das Abo gekündigt und auch dies als Kündigungsgrund angegeben was wohl keinen Interessiert hat.
Nach einigen Wochen habe ich den Support angeschrieben ob das Problem noch besteht da ich das Abo sofort wieder nutzen würde wenn das Problem behoben ist. Keine Antwort. Auch auf 2 weitere anfragen mit der gleichen Frage kam keine Antwort. Die letzte war vor 1,5 Wochen.
Fazit ist das ich deswegen seit inzwischen fast 3 Monaten die App nicht mehr wirklich nutze, und auch die Internetseite nicht was schade ist da Kicker sonst echt toll ist.

zahlen und trotzdem Werbung anschauen müssen
vorab: ich liebe diese App. Nutze sie mehrmals täglich. Die 2,49 € mtl. würde ich dafür gerne zahlen. Allerdings erhalte ich trotz Abo beim Öffnen die Nachfrage entweder Tracking und Werbung zu akzeptieren oder ein Abo abzuschließen - das ich ja schon habe. Dann muss ich Werbung und Tracking in Kauf nehmen, obwohl ich das nicht möchte und obwohl ich bereits bezahlt habe, sonst komme ich nicht weiter. Das nervt tierisch. App löschen und neu installieren änderte nichts. Schreiben an kicker auch nicht. Sehr schade. Was mich auch ärgert, sind die teilweise fragwürdigen, um nicht zu sagen unseriösen Anbieter, die bei kicker werben dürfen. Habt ihr das nötig?

Wir würden dir gerne weiterhelfen mit deinem Problem. Teile uns dabei bitte auch mit, wie dein kicker-Account heisst, damit wir die PUR-Settings zu deinem User prüfen können.
