Who knows?

Hi Blake, thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry it tripped you up at the start. Here's what's going on: Kid Points keeps your family's data entirely in your iCloud, owned by you - nothing lives on our servers. That's the whole reason it can be a one-time purchase instead of a monthly subscription. A lot of similar apps charge every month precisely because they keep your data on their servers - we'd rather it stay yours. The trade-off is that setting up your family needs a little free iCloud space (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage). If you're able to free some up, we'd love for you to give it another try. Based on your feedback, we'll be improving both our in-app error message and App Store description, so the need for a little free iCloud space is clearer to users. Thanks for the review.
