⭐ 1/5 - Unsafe for Families with Babies, Poor Customer Service
AVOID if you're traveling with infants! Booked a ride requesting a rear-facing car seat for my 8-month-old baby. Driver showed up with a car seat meant for much older children - completely unsafe for an infant. We were left stranded at 10 PM with no alternatives.
The worst part? The next day I tried booking again, and they assigned THE SAME driver! When I contacted customer service about this, their response was "he's the only driver available." So basically, they'd rather risk an infant's safety than admit they can't provide the service they advertise.
Save yourself the trouble and use a different service. They clearly don't take child safety seriously and their customer service is terrible. Not worth risking your baby's safety.
