ずっと放置されていたのに急にアプデきました。ここ2年くらいはちゃんと動いてる時とフリーズしたまま数ヶ月って時とが半々くらいで もうダメだなと何度も思っていましたが、使い始めた頃に課金してしまったので削除するのも悔しくて今まで残してありました。急になぜアプデ？
そして私が課金したことで私の家族グループは課金の恩恵に預かれると思っていたけれどいつの間にかそれは出来なくなってます。
それについて何度もサポートにメールを送っているのだけど全く返信はきてません。それについても何とかしてもらいたいわ。長年使っているのだから返信くらいはちょうだいな。
