Will not load books
Not sure what’s going on, but if has suddenly become glitchy and will not load any books. I can’t figure anything out. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I have premium. I’m a little upset.

Needs reading buddy’s and slime diary’s but it is so fun and cool for me and I want to be able to get reading buddies and I am 8years old
Glitching app
We paid for the premium version. The app is not working for a while. Once the first interface is loaded and when the child is trying to choose and open a story, a blank page will appear and nothing else will happen. This is frustrating because we paid for the app and we want to read the stories. Please try to see and fix. I’ve tried on multiple devices: my phone, my kids tablet etc … same issues

Cant access iPhone premium account on iPad
Not sure how to reach out but this has been a real pain every time my kids use the app on iPad. It’s the same account as iPhone but asks for premium sub. Horrible experience, pls fix.
