Just got spam from them, which reminds me they owe me twenty dollars. This is a really sketchy outfit, check out their website, doesn’t even say who’s running the company.

I tried logging in for my son and it won’t I wrote them twice and nobody wrote me back but yet they still charging my card they have bad customer service and the number they have done even work
PARENTS BEWARE
They get you to sign up then make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription and all the games are so boring that my son doesn’t even use the app
I still haven’t been able to cancel the subscription it’s been months and they’ve taken probably close to 100 dollars by this point DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO
I’ve never seen this before in my life this business practice is so unethical it should be illegal there is no reason that it should be so difficult to cancel the subscription the ONLY reason for it would be to con people into starting a free trial then taking money from you every month against your will with no apparent way to stop it

So many games
My son loves games of all kinds. This app has many activities and games he likes. Recommended.
Horrible app, Horrible customer service
They charge me every single month after I cancelled a 7 day trial! I can’t cancel the subscription now because IT DOES NOT EXIST! When I try to log back into the app, my email is not valid. Fraudulent & gross! & to think I got this app for my child, what a JOKE! Oh and forget about customer service emailing you back! It’s been months!! I’m blocking all further payments thru my bank & filing fraud. I never write reviews, but im highly disgusted.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having difficulty cancelling your subscription. You can do so by viewing your Apple ID with the subscription in the settings menu of your device. Before u subscribe (Read This)
I been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks now and I just can’t seem to get help to any of the “run around” that they made… u can call me dumb but for sure I’m not alone with this! This app is a trap for parents, ur on ur own! FAQ did not help, instruction did not help! ( when I did it.. my subscriptions option doesn’t do anything when u select it), for most of you parents may say “$4 is not that much” then by all means! Good to all

Kids can grow with it
Everything is absolutely perfect with this app. Its been fun for my kids to play and learn in all the different games it has.
The Best!
It keeps my kids busy! :P I like that they are having fun playing but I can tell they are learning too so I feel good about them playing with Kidomi.
Saves you money
I homeschool so I'm always looking for fun, new ways to help my kids learn. This one app has a ton of fun and educational things to play but also learn. Getting Kidomi actually saved me some money and it helped make learning at home more fun for them.

Has everything she needs however, when going to play a few games it shows black screen and freezes.

Maybe it’s me but I don’t like this app. I only joined because Samsung kids directed their customers to since there’s no more Samsung kids after February 20, And I dislike there customer service even more. You can’t reach anyone, they say “leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you” well it’s four days later and No one has returned my call. This app is terrible!! I want to cancel my subscription!!!

Too slow
Forced to this app from Samsung Kids. The apps inside the program are not locally stored and seem to be streaming. This creates lag and just isn’t the same as when they ran off the device offline like Samsung Kids did.
The app does not lock open either so my kid can easily exit for access to the OS. Samsung kids required a pin to close.

The app is overloaded with lot of content, but often hangs. And I am not seeing an option to cancel my subscription
