Why won't it allow after my purchase

I can't understand why I paid for the upgrade on one device, that one being mine, but will not allow on my 3 other iPads. Please fix this.

Not working

I paid the money, but after I paid the money the screen went white. It does not work.

Wonderful App for my Son Pre Vpk

This app is really great for my son he is going into vpk next year and I believe this app is perfect. It teaches him to trace letters both capital and lower case and also teaches age appropriate vocabulary.
