Problem with letters activities in pre-K mode
Playing learning games in pre-K mode and issue is that when I get done with you BCND game then it acts like I am done with the course when I know I am not. Please fix.

Why was my 7-day free trial over after 3 days ?? And now I'm being charged not monthly (not even weekly) , but every 4-5 days ? I've been billed TWICE in past week
My trial started on Tuesday, October 21st -> I was charged 1250 RUB on Friday , October 24th -> I've just been charged 1250 RUB on Tuesday < October 28th

Workbook page not working
When I try to play the game where you’re supposed to drag the uppercase letters JKLMNNO the problem I’m having is when it is time for me to drag MN and O into the nest if I get it wrong too many times or in my attempt to play the game it will breeze and when I try to confirm or drag pieces it won’t let me drag pieces. Please fix. Honestly wish I could move to the next lesson, but I can’t unless this issue was resolved. I meant to say that the game will freeze. I didn’t mean breeze that was a typo. And when I say game, I mean, workbook page.

After buying subscription app is not working

No sound and app shuts down
On my iPad the sound works but when I go to the numbers lessons, the app completely shuts down. On my daughter’s iPad there is no sound but the numbers lesson does work. I’ve updated both iPads and nothing helped.

Why do have to pay for learning, instead of this get Vinny educational media or khan academy or classdojo or ABCya! or anything else that’s fun AND free.

I just downloaded this for my daughter and signed up for the free trial but there’s NO SOUND on anything??? I’ve looked in the app settings and it shows the sound is on but we hear absolutely nothing. I want to like this app but it has to have sound.
It keeps freezing
It’s a really great and fun learning game for the kids to learn tons but it keeps freezing and kicking us out if they could fix this for me I would give it 5 stars it’s perfect other than that
Costs money
When I first went on the app I thought it was a nice free app for my child. But no. It said I had to pay money and my family is struggling with money right now so I couldn’t. It said £18 per month for me!? Please make it free I have been struggling to find a learning app for my daughter and she is autistic.
