Hello Bobby, thanks for your feedback. I am sorry you’re experiencing this issue. That’s definitely not how the app is supposed to work. I haven’t been able to reproduce this behavior on my device, where everything is working as expected. To help me investigate and fix the problem, could you please share a few more details? For example, your iPhone model and iOS version would be very helpful. It would be even better if you could contact us directly via email at info@gw-solutions.de (you can do this from within the app as well). That way I can look into your specific case more closely and work on a solution. Arti is still brand new, and I truly appreciate your help in improving it. Update 8th of April 2026: 3 weeks later I still don’t have any answer from your side and I would really like to tackle this issue. Please contact me to your earliest convenience. Update 11th of May 2026: Still haven’t a response from your side unfortunately. I tried different things already maybe it is fixed already. Please contact me.
