App not functioning
This app will not accept my email and password and gives an error saying they are wrong. They are not I can sign into the website just fine and I deleted it and re-downloaded the app to make sure it was OK no it’s not OK. It does not work.

Never knew this existed, the free bowling. We use the app the redeem our coupons and have zero issues. Also bought the season pass for my husband and I. Well worth it!
Works okay?
I haven’t had a problem since I downloaded and used the app in 2024 so those issues the other reviews mentioned have probably been resolved to date
Disappointed
We’ve been doing kids bowl free for years. It used to be 2 free games a day. Now it’s only 30 minutes! You can’t even play one game in 30 minutes!!! Unfortunately, I’ve already paid for my husband and I to have the family pass. This will be our last year participating u less it goes back to free “games” instead of “minutes”.

Coupons don't load
I haven't seen coupons on the app for weeks on end. Great program if the coupons actually load.
Great App for a Great Program
The app is so much more convenient than printing the coupons out. Also we have been watching the lessons and they have really helped the kids. I love that we can track our scores as well which is really fun and motivating. I do wish the lessons were on your YouTube channel.
App doesn’t work
As stated many times.. the app doesn’t work. It will not allow you to log in. Online, I can login just fine. Seems like this has been an issue for years and they won’t fix it.
2 free games to 20 minutes?
I’m sorry but it isn’t even worth the drive there or the cost of shoes… we signed up, but will be passing this year.
Great program POOR CUSTOMER RELATION
This program has been wonderful to participate in. However, the company asks you to share with friends as a “referral” and be entered into drawings for prizes. They had ZERO drawings this year and have not been transparent about the lack of follow through. Despite multiple attempts at communication with the company there has been no response. I referred over 55 families to the program in hopes of maybe winning a fun prize to share with my kids. No such luck as there wasn’t even a chance at a drawing. The rest of the promo emails all make it to my inbox as well as the coupons. It was not lack of checking or lack of communication on my end.

App doesn’t always work
The app has been freezing up and doesn’t always work. Very frustrating.
Login issues
Both the app and the website aren’t allowing login to get my coupons. I even upgraded to the family pass so us parents can bowl. Starting to feel like a waste of time and money.

Can’t log in
The app worked great at the beginning of the summer; however now I can’t log in. When I log in it takes me to a blank white screen.
App not working, no customer service
App does not work. I log in and then just see a white screen. I’ve done everything in all various combinations I can think of; delete app, restart phone, make sure running latest update. Tried contacting their support and heard nothing. I have ended up just using the site to log into, it just takes longer.
Otherwise being a member is great and gives us something to do with the kids in the summer without spending an arm and a leg.

What an amazing program to give kids free games during the summer! The app is easy to use and I haven’t had any trouble the many times we went this summer.

Login issues haven’t been fixed as advertised. I and my parents still cannot login to use the app I paid for! Unless it is truly fixed in the next week, we will not purchase this app again

Best app love this guy he’s a perfectly physically shaped guy and has a great heart.
