My son loves this game, but now it won’t work with iOS 11. Please fix!!

Where is my in-app purchase?

I paid to get other patients, had them for a while but had to reinstall my app when it stopped working and had to get the update. After that I was back to just 2 patients. Tried to submit app help but the page to do this is in Japanese? Help!
