This is literally the worst app every and they don’t have answer to fix it and the employees are just as clueless when it comes to the app it just “try again later” the app doesn’t even work so don’t waste your time downloading it

iPhone- App stop working all of sudden
The app has not work for 3-4 days for me. I called foot locker support and the lady didn’t know how to fix it and instead stated to use the site. I prefer the app not the site. Whatever glitch the app has it needs to be fixed.

The app is alright. I look at shoes on there often and buy some. The only flaw is the size. I ordered a size 4.5 and it gave me a 5.5 but other than that the app is pretty good.

Unfortunately if your email has any special characters such as a period or underscore the system will not let you log in.
A error message will pop up as formatting errors are not allowed and resubmit with a new email. Please fix this problem foot locker!

Every time I win a raffle after using my points , the app crashes nd then I end up losing out due to the time passing . You only get 30 minutes to confirm nd it never works out . You will end up wasting your points nd never be able to claim your win . If I could give 0 stars , I would

Do not shop here. They always send the wrong sizes and then make it your problem to exchange for the correct size - after waiting in hold for over an hour. Very disappointing. Finish line much better
HORRIBLE
I wanted to purchase Ugg slippers for a Christmas present. Logged into my account but once I was making my purchase it asked me to prove I wasn’t a robot by centering a puzzle piece. I did as was told and then got blocked because I was “too fast” and didn’t seem normal for a human speed. This is ridiculous, it’s not like I’m purchasing so many products it was ONLY A PAIR OF SLIPPERS. Won’t even want to buy from them again
