No app support
I purchased a membership to this app but the purchase would not show up in my app. I have tried multiple times to contact app support but there has been no response.
Great app. No support, only working on my iPad, not showing up in App Store.
We have a lifetime subscription for this app. The text I’m writing is not visible, so if issue is not in App Store or something else. I would rate it 5stars if there was support in App Store
Lifetime License Blocked & No Support
This is a great app for kids. When my daughter was young she loved to play this and I bought a lifetime subscription for her. I now have a son and while my account was linked to my Facebook account, at some point there as a transition. My account is now locked out and also though I’ve emailed Agnitus support multiple times, I’ve had zero response. This lifetime subscription was not cheap so I’m really very disappointed that this is the case and, as good as the app is, I’m not willing to pay again for something I’ve already bought.

So bad 😡😡
Back in 2015 this game was great, nothing costed money and nothing was broken. Now I am older I re-downloaded this game because it was so fun despite my age but it’s utter trash. Everthying costs money and everything is buggy and laggy. Biggest. Downgrade. Ever!!! I want my old agnitus back!!! 😒😡
Will not let me log in - support won’t contact me
I paid for the full version in 2014. It was great and worked very well. However now I can not log in. I’ve been trying the support team for over 6months to help me log back in but get no reply. The app does not recognise my email however I can log in on their website
Some content is good
The app, is terrible and keeps crashing on the fundamental and pre school section, not good and no help button or ability to contact the developers, happy to take your money and not support.

I have had subscription problems and been trying for weeks to connect with customer service. After I’ve sent over a dozen emails, they never answered any of them. Such a disappointment!!
Loved this game, but ABANDONED APP,
What happened to the app? I loved using it for my first two kids and my first grade students. It must be abandoned. :( The App Store needs to cancel it as no one is managing it. It will, however take money for subscriptions. SMH. I’m sad to see it go and wish someone would take over. I have two other kiddos who would benefit greatly from it.

Some of the games are fine, then stop working. But the monthly subscription is a scam. I’ve been trying to cancel it for months and it won’t stop charging me. Going to contact the credit card company
App still does not function
We have been going back and forth with support for 2+ years now due to inability to launch or play app. Late in 2021 we got an email that stated they had developed a new app, and re-activated our membership. Even with app version 5.0, you still cannot login or launch the app; it crash closes almost immediately. Very disappointing. 😒

Won't open
I just reinstalled the app after a few years and now it won't open. It crashes every time I try to open it. My iPad is still compatible...help!
Was good until it stopped working
My girls loved this game. Then suddenly after an update ages ago it stopped working. It opened the list of games but when choosing ANYTHING it would crash. And I can’t sign in to my parent account either

Abandoned App
Seems like the developer abandoned the app after taking money for a life time subscription. Request for support is not replied either!

It used to be absolutely amazing, until when that massive update came, and ruined it all...it was fun while it lasted 😭
App has troubles syncing with online accounts
App worked perfectly fine up until a week ago when it stopped working quite as well and will not let me sign into my account on the app. Otherwise my children absolutely love this game and we’ve been using this app for the last five years.

I played this game a lot when i was little And I decided to revisit it.
And boy, it still was the same except for one update and i was surprise it wasn’t even taken off the App Store like with all the other games I used to play. (I wish I could revisit them too lol) but now it cost money. We still have the old IPad that we played it on and since it didnt update im pretty sure we didnt have to pay for it
All the other games that were taken off the app store that we played are still on the ipad (the IPad hasnt been played in over a decade)

Please update this game!
My kids love this game but it seems as though it was abandoned. I can’t even sign in on another device. I’m afraid to lose my lifetime membership if anything were to happen to my iPad. Please please please update!
Purchase lost, no refund
We paid full price for this app before it became leaseware. Now the app is locked, and we have nothing to show for our purchase price. Customer service is not accessible because we are not current leasers. There is another version of this app with a full purchase price, but we have no access to it unless we buy it also - but I do not trust it seeing how we were burned on this one...
