Very poor app update, slow to load and offers are nothing more that you can find elsewhere but these are harder to use!! Stay clear unless you want nothing but inssues!!
Dishonest discounts.
They claim so much off but it’s just not true at all. And some tickets through the app are more expensive than going direct so not sure what the point is to have these blag offers. Maybe it’s to scam on certain tickets to offer a £ off other ones? Who knows but they’re not honest on what you get.

Poor quality app and poor selection of activities- such as not being able to pre book, standard seating only option at cinema, very limited options for the area I live (Highlands).
Auto renews WITHOUT reminders. Customer service very poor and inflexible.
Obviously desperate for subscriptions because when you go to cancel they offer a free month despite refusing to refund an unused auto renewal.

Warning do not use this site.
This site will continue taking money from your account years after the accounts expired. And even with prove of cancellation they refuse to help me. Do not use this site.
Awful
Absolutely awful, nothing beneficial they try drag you in with £1 offer. Staff who respond to emails extremely rude. No savings will be made but an ongoing subscription.

I didn’t use this at all - I had to sign up to see what deals they had. And there really wasn’t much on there. I forgot to cancel, but asked to cancel the very moment the fee for the upcoming month came out (so clearly hadn’t used it) and they refused. Disappointing app and policies
Fix
Tried to book a day out with the family using the app, it said 20% off ticket price (original price £22.50) took it down to £20.75.

Waste of money don’t be fooled by the flash app and eye catching offers! You will save nothing and will be easier to search for a promo code that actually exists! The only true discount you will get from downloading this app. Is this discount to join the app!

Constantly crashing
Largely unusable. Paid £25 to access an app that just keeps crashing. Worst page seems to be cinema. Go on there then tap any cinema, crashes! So many things I want to see/book and I simply cannot. Using an iPhone 16 Pro with up to date iOS and the app is up to date too
**UPDATE** Months on from using this app and still can’t access half the app without it crashing out. Can’t get a discount if I can’t load the app. I won’t be renewing. I feel ripped off
**UPDATE 2** Another few months on the app is terrible. Cannot access half of it (if not more) due to the crashing. Waste of money. No updates to fix these issues and no response my Kids Pass
**UPDATE 3** Oh look, a brand new update in time for Christmas. Fresh look, different ways to search… oh wait… still crashes as soon as you tap on anything. As mentioned in earlier posts I won’t be renewing for 2026

Rubbish
Doesn’t really offer any discounts and it’s so hard to cancel. Ive emailed asking to cancel now because it’s not an option in your account. I didn’t realise it was going to be so expensive every month.

Probably one of the best app out there the usability could’ve improved but does the job and the offers are great

Unable to log in. Charged after requesting cancellation.
No option to cancel membership within the app & was unable to log in to the website due yo a website error. I emailed Kids pass requesting to cancel my membership (because there was no other way for me to cancel, given I couldn’t log in) but they ignored my request & then charged me.
