We’ve been using this app for over a year now and absolutely love it! It’s been brilliant for getting great discounts, especially on cinema tickets for the kids. Where’s the savings?
You absolutely MUST check the original attractions entry costs. On more than one occasion kids pass was more expensive than the companies STANDARD ticket prices. Not only that once my £1 months trial needed they decided to charge me more money, £4.99 per month. I’ll deal with this via my banks fraud team.
I feel like kids pass is more a scam than savings for parents.

Codes don’t work
Bought this and subscribed cause it said there were discounts and 39%off West Midlands Safari park. The code doesn’t work as the venue by passed it with VAT saving tickets and no other option to buy at normal price and redeem the saving. Maybe an oversight, but code doesn’t work for that venue. It’s a great idea but needs to work for the subscription price. So I’m out, first impressions are everything.

Worst App in the App Store
If I could give no star I could. It's the worst app I have ever used. SCAMMERS. Don't even waste your money thinking you will get discounts. The app will not let you see any offers. It will fail to show you discounts or what's intended to do. I signed up and cancelled the subscription within a day. Just causing too much frustration for nothing. POOR service and Horrible App.

Very poor app update, slow to load and offers are nothing more that you can find elsewhere but these are harder to use!! Stay clear unless you want nothing but inssues!!
Dishonest discounts.
They claim so much off but it’s just not true at all. And some tickets through the app are more expensive than going direct so not sure what the point is to have these blag offers. Maybe it’s to scam on certain tickets to offer a £ off other ones? Who knows but they’re not honest on what you get.

Poor quality app and poor selection of activities- such as not being able to pre book, standard seating only option at cinema, very limited options for the area I live (Highlands).
Auto renews WITHOUT reminders. Customer service very poor and inflexible.

Warning do not use this site.
This site will continue taking money from your account years after the accounts expired. And even with prove of cancellation they refuse to help me. Do not use this site.

Absolutely awful, nothing beneficial they try drag you in with £1 offer. Staff who respond to emails extremely rude. No savings will be made but an ongoing subscription.

I didn’t use this at all - I had to sign up to see what deals they had. And there really wasn’t much on there. I forgot to cancel, but asked to cancel the very moment the fee for the upcoming month came out (so clearly hadn’t used it) and they refused. Disappointing app and policies
Fix
Tried to book a day out with the family using the app, it said 20% off ticket price (original price £22.50) took it down to £20.75.

Waste of money don’t be fooled by the flash app and eye catching offers! You will save nothing and will be easier to search for a promo code that actually exists! The only true discount you will get from downloading this app. Is this discount to join the app!

Please make your app cancelable via the app store. It would help ease of use
