Fantastic concept, terrible execution
The app is cute, the video and interactive feature is a genius way to practice. However, the app crashes after dialing 911. You can't actually use the app. I will definitely download again and use once this bug is fixed. Otherwise, the app is pretty much useless.

The app keeps crashing. It won’t stop and apparently this is the only app available and recommended.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The video was boring for my little brother and the voice sounded terrible. As soon as we get into the practice, it would crash when it asked for an address! We tried multiple times having faith that it might work but all the other reviews are correct, it just crashes, crashes and crashes again. This could of been a great product with lots of potential, but take my word and most others word, that wrote a review, don’t get the product.

Practice call feature STILL crashes every time
Does the developer not read reviews? This is potentially a very important app this is useless until fixed.

Once you’ve figured out how to make it work, it crashes so you never get far into the process.
It also does not really teach you to practice how to make emergency calls from various smart phones which would be useful.

Doesn’t work
This app has so much potential and could be one of the most downloaded for parents. However the educational video was lacking and kind of boring for kids. Then when you attempt to actually use the practice call feature it crashes every time. My child ended up getting frustrated and didn’t want to practice. I have hopes for this app, but as of now it doesn’t get the job done.

The app crashes every time we try to practice calling 911
No ability to use speaker phone
While this app is great, it doesn’t allow that access to the phone’s speaker. Using this app in the classroom is challenging; because, only the child dialing can hear the voice of the dispatcher. It would be great to be able to access the phone’s speaker so that all the children can hear.

When we try to do a practice call the app crashes. This is more than frustrating. Also, I feel like the educational material was a missed opportunity. This concept is great and has so much potential but is worthless if the app continuously crashes, and is lacking if the content is done in a hurry. Maybe look for financial backing to get this app up to date, more user friendly, and more robust in its content.

Great for practice
This app was very helpful in teaching my child to call 911. It helped us identify skills we needed to work on.
Hard to use
The "practuce" tab is initially greyed out. There is no indication of how to make this app actually do what it claims to do. The secret turns out to be to watch their video. I still haven't figured out how or why to enter my child's information.
