Where’s My Sound?
I have used this app for years and have loved it! So much so that I decided to bite the bullet and purchase the lifetime version for what really is quite expensive at $59.99! I have tried re-loading the app, but I continue to struggle with getting sound since my purchase! I’d love to keep using the app that I paid for, but without sound, I’m not sure I won’t be requesting a refund!!! Tried to email someone about the issue, but I have received NO REPLY! I would give this a 5 Star Rating WITH SOUND working, but without it and especially without getting any help or response, it gets a One Star Rating! Please respond and help me restore this App with sound and I’ll give the 5 Star Rating!!! Is there a phone number where I can speak to a live human being??????????????

I had my 3 year old try this app by using a week trial, but you cancel before a week is up so you don’t get charged. This one is MEMBERSHIP ONLY. So you have to keep paying. What I did not know is if he kept on using this app, it would automatically charge my card a membership without my authorization and you can’t get a refund. No matter how good this app is, it should not be able to charge your iTunes.
I noticed that ever since Steve Jobs is gone the quality of Apple apps, devices and services have become subpar.
If you try the trial, delete the app if you don’t want to get charged.

Just got this app. First thing that I see is a screen telling me that I can choose the free trial for 7 days and then, I’d have to pay $4.99 monthly. I click on it, and the little Apple Store thing comes up, telling me it’s $6.49. Of course I accidentally pressed okay. Ugh.
