It’s not working very well
Hi my name is Angelina and I saw this app and wanted to use it but when I clicked on the video the video was just black. So I tried some other videos but then it just didn’t work. Please fix this I went through a lot just to find my email and now this! (Update) : I just found out that you said “big channel bug fixed” but it’s not very fixed if I’m looking at a black screen is it? It just makes me so mad that I found a lot of good apps but I passed them for this dumb app I need this fixed please!

I was so excited to finally find this safe, educational YouTube app for my almost 3 year-old daughter and I have a newborn on the way try to make the profile and it didn’t work for either one of my children. I decided to put both girls in the same profile, even though my youngest will be using it for a longer period of time with her profile being for 2 to 4-year-olds however, my oldest was still enjoy the content that wasn’t even the worst part. Some of the channels are locked and I cannot do anything to unlock them And it takes insanely long for the channels to load. I’ve canceled my subscription for now until the developers get back to me and decided to change this, thanks a lot. PS it’s also not letting me put the name of my girls into their profiles and yes, my youngest has an insanely unique name but that’s not even the point it’s still should allow me to put her name on there
