When will you be updating? I use to be able and sneak in some time to learn Italian when my babies were taking naps...please update for iOS so I can continue to learn Italian!

Can’t play until you update
Cannot open the app to play the game until the Software is updated. Please fix this! My son loves this game. It’s very educational and a fun vocab learning game.

This app doesn’t update, open, or work for IOS 11.
Good for little kids.
I used this for my 7 and 5 year olds, who loved this game very much. It was a very fun experience for them.
Won't switch between two users
This is a great app to boost vocabulary and my 8 and 10 year old enjoy using it. However, we set up 2 user profiles and the game won't switch back and forth between users so my 10-yr old is stuck playing his younger sisters lesson. Please fix this.
Great app for 7 year old
Excellent app to introduce vocabulary. My daughter loves it. Worth the money. I have one request, please put the reset button under parental control. Once my daughter accidentally clicked it and she has to start from scratch.
Volume?
Volume no longer works. This is a excellent app for increasing your little ones vernacular, but my 6 year old I a little frustrated with the volume glitch.
Needs an update
Crashes. Tried on 3 devices: iPad 2, iPhone 5, iPhone 6. All updated to newest iOS. Waste of money.

I started noticing the freezing bugs & other glitches after school started Fall2014. At that time, I had NOT upgraded my OS, I didn't have room. January2015, I cleaned out my iPad completely & re-downloaded MindSnacks.... it CONSTANTLY crashes!My 7 year old has Asperger's... very high-functioning. He made his own UserName so that he could unlock the other games. He made it to Level3 in less than 30 minutes... The game it unlocked, Belly, displays a purple screen. When we play either of the 1st 2 games, after seeing the 'Progress'... The whole app locks up & I have to close it. Then re-open.
This is a big deal for us! I never expected this company to do this. I truly had high hopes for y'all. I really LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your apps when my 2 older sons were using them. The look my little boy had.... The thing is- it's obvious that you have no plans to fix this. Lot's of people have been reporting these problems FOR MONTHS!!!

This used to be a great app, but since I updated my operating system, it no longer works. I hope they will update it soon.
FIX IT! Don't waste your time
I've had good experience with the other Mind snacks but this ...this was a big Disappointment. Well not turn on and when it finally did couldn't see anything ,it just played music .

No longer working
App will not let new users be created, so it's useless. I have written emails and tweeted them, but haven't received any response. Definitely a disappointment and it appears that they've abandoned their apps.
