Worked ok for 2 weeks on two kids iPhones. Now it says “Alli360 has been removed from your kids device” and the second kid has completely disappeared??
I’ve tried reinstalling but still can’t get them connected to my iPhone.
It’s totally useless now!

Refund
I downloaded the trial version to see how the app works. I might use it in the future, since my kids don’t have any devices that I need to monitor right now. I didn’t even get around to setting up accounts BECAUSE I CAN’T! Since I don’t have a device to connect!! But the app charged me for the subscription, and when I asked for a refund, they denied it. Now I’m stuck with an expensive subscription to an app I won’t even use!

Gesperrte Apps gehen trotzdem
Eine Zeit lang ging es gut. Ich habe die die Spiele für knapp 24h sperren lassen. Obwohl ich eine Spielapp gesperrt habe, kann mein Kind trotzdem darauf zugreifen. Dann hat er aufeinmal aufgehört und das war wieder gesperrt. Da frage ich mich, wie ich machen kann, dass mein Kind nichts beeinflussen kann. Danke für die Antwort.

Waste money
App does not work properly . Set screen time limit daily but end up never been accurate . Felt bad because yell at my kid thought he was lying . Then i kept his ipad for 1 day found out the app is just a junk for $99/year . Did not even use the device but screen time still over . "DO NOT BUY " if you need the app to control your kid then this is not the one .

Absurdity pathetic
The app open it says it’s setup on the phone of my child and on my phone doesn’t show absolutely nothing. I try contacting the company but their chat bot is more pathetic than the app itself it keeps asking the same questions and put you in a loop answering over and over frustrating the heel of one. You should cancel this, you are offering something for a protection of a child and should be tested and worked.

Установила, оплатила на месяц, по факту у ребенка приложение работает, у меня нет, соответственно, я не могу посмотреть где ребенок и сколько времени он проводит в телефоне. Чат поддержки молчит, за три дня ни разу мне не ответили
Невозможно отменить подписку
Специально затягивают отмену подписки, не дают отменить самостоятельно!!! Пока пользовались приложением, постоянные глюки, сбои и тд, поддержка отвечает через несколько часов и закрывает чат не решив проблему.

와이파이 연결할때마다 자동으로 화면이 없어져서 짜증나요. 다른거는 다 좋은데 설정에서 와이파이만 연결할려고 하면 자동으로 와이파이 연결 화면이 없어짐

Customer service sucks
They will start messaging you back then completely ghost you. Not helpful at all. Restrictions not working correctly on iPhone, will block apps when with no restrictions active. Unable to download anything from the App Store with this download.
