I was 6 at the time and saw it in the age filter set to 2-5 years and begged my mum for this app, when they approved it, I had to pay £100 for nothing and my brother, who was 8 or 9 at the time got it for free. Plz can you make it free 🥺🥺🥺.

I truly get the impression this app is a scam. It’s so convenient that they give you “instructions” on how to cancel your trial, saying the email will clarify which store it came from… nope, it does not. I tried emailing them, let’s see if they follow through or I’ll contact my bank for fraud.

Scam
This app is a big scam, I’ve been paying for a subscription I have no access to. I’ve tried multiple times to log in and reset my password. I never received an email confirmation allowing me to reset my password to log in. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of other apps that have the same or better features. A refund of paying a subscription for over 3 months would be nice. My child never even had the chance to use the app. So disappointing.

App not working properly
Most of the things don’t work on this app, I even tried to cancel my subscription but can’t and I’m just paying for nothing.
Awful children’s app.
Incredibly hard to place limits on shows you don’t want your children to watch. Tons of junk TV, made by children discussing and playing games they shouldn’t be. YouTube kids is easier to lock down than this. It took me close to an hour to go through and lock all the shows. I didn’t want my children watching. For some reason even after I clicked 0-4yo age limit, Roboblock and Minecraft still showed up. If my 5 yr quits watching for a while I’m going to delete this app.

It’s a great app
Great concept and app is easy for my child to use. I had to reach out to customer service and even though it took a few emails back and forth the issue got solved.
Bad game

So my daughter was so excited to finally watch a cartoon for free with no ads but no! There was an subscription thing why do you have to do that all she wants to do is watch some cartoon’s that’s all she wants to do but no! There’s always always a subscription.
