Great app, needs some more features
We love this app is curated with all safe kids podcasts, there’s a fantastic range!
We don’t love that it doesn’t keep track of the episode you’re up to and will continually reset back to episode 1 of a series. It also doesn’t appear to label if an episode has been listened to, or how far through you are.
Would love if this was compatible with CarPlay and/or Google tv

BEST APP EVER!!!!
I highly recommend this app if you want your kids to get into podcasts! It’s got everything: bedtime, read aloud, Shakespeare, EVERYTHING!!!! Goodnight, World! Especially knocks me out! 🖤Nezuko🖤 out!

The Podcasts Don’t Load
The app looks nice and is ok but for whatever reason the episodes don’t load when I try to listen to them.
Loved it.
It’s so good for as doesn’t have inappropriate content and podcasts and also has some of my favourites, overall I really enjoyed it!!
NOT safe for kids!!!
This was advertised by the Hope Springs podcast author as a safe, child-friendly app. Hope Springs is based on Catholic values and is a great podcast so I assumed that I could trust a recommendation from them. However, the KidsPod app contains programming that promotes alphabet soup agendas. This is extremely disappointing!

I like this app, but the only thing that I don’t really like is, you can’t search for a certain episode. For example, if you are listening to the Rebel Girls podcast and you want to search for an episode about Olivia Rodrigo or Ann Frank or something. Toodles!!! That is definitely something they need to improve on.

Get this game now it’s so good. I love it so much. I’m eight years old and this game satisfies me so much while it’s technically not a game. It is a podcast. You know Kidspod podcast for kids. It’s really fun and you can do a lot of podcasts with it my kid is obsessed with story pirates.com/live you can like make stories and then they’ll turn it into like books with songs like a song book technically so yeah

The best way to give kids podcasts
My kids love KidsPod because it makes it easy to listen to all the episodes and it’s really easy to monitor what our kids are listening to. The curating is really well done.

My kids absolutely love the selection on Kidspod—it feels like there’s always something new and fun for them to listen to. I love the rotating playlists and the variety of shows that keep them engaged, learning, and laughing. As a parent, what I appreciate most is the safety and ease of use. My kids can listen to what they want, when they want, and I never have to worry about inappropriate content.

Sooooo slow and crashes
I want to love this. I have been desperate for a kid safe podcatcher. Sadly, it’s very slow and crashes often on my iPhone and is practically unusable on my child’s mp3 player (installed via android APK). I do not like the drawing feature, as I’m using this for helping my child sleep in a shared room. I’ve locked the mp3 player down to exclude everything “fun” except this app and Spotify kids. Instead of just listening to the podcasts and falling asleep my kid is fooling around drawing.

Great content, but the app needs serious improvements
The content and podcasts are excellent, but the app itself feels outdated. It doesn’t remember which episode you last listened to, and the player often loads the wrong (previous) episode. For 2025, this level of functionality is disappointing. The user experience needs a serious update to match the quality of the content.
