About
KidsVerse is where a kindergarten day gets written down and sent home.
A nursery day is made of small facts that rarely survive the walk to the gate — she ate half her lunch, he slept forty minutes, the medicine was given at eleven, she was collected at four. KidsVerse carries them. Parents open the app and find the day as it actually happened. Teachers record it once, in the room, without losing the afternoon to paperwork.
FOR PARENTS
• Today at a glance — whether your child has arrived, and whether they have been collected yet
• The day, as it unfolded — meals, naps, nappy changes and the room's own notes, filtered to what you want to see
• Medicine — file a course for the room to give, then watch each dose ticked off
• Incidents — read what happened, in the teacher's own words, the day it happened
• Message the room — a direct conversation with the staff who look after your child
• Notices — announcements from the school and from your child's own room
• Calendar — events, holidays, and reporting an absence
• Fees — invoices, what is outstanding, payments received, and receipts
• More than one child? Switch between them with a tap
• Children at different schools? Keep a separate login for each
FOR TEACHERS AND NURSERY STAFF
• The room's register — marked in batches, with an undo
• Fill the register from a photo of your printed paper sheet: the app reads the marks and you confirm them before anything is saved
• The daily log — meals, sleep and nappies for the whole room, one kind at a time
• Medicine — what is due, what is away, and what has been given, checked against the register so you are never chased for a child who is not in
• Incident reports — a named child, how serious it was, and one box in your own words
• Message parents and post notices to your room
• Your own working day — check in on the school's Wi-Fi, request leave, see your balance, and see who is covering which room
IN NEPALI AND ENGLISH
Every screen is in both languages, and you choose which. Bikram Sambat and Gregorian calendars, and Devanagari numerals, are each their own switch — so a parent and a teacher sharing one device can each read the app their own way.
PRIVACY
KidsVerse does not track your location. Staff check-in confirms you are on the school's own Wi-Fi by reading the network's identifier — never a GPS coordinate, and never shared with another user. Parents are never asked for location at all.
A parent sees only their own children. A conversation stays between the people in it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
GETTING STARTED
KidsVerse is used through your kindergarten, so you need an account from them to sign in. Your school sets it up against the mobile number they already hold for you, and you sign in with that number and a password you choose. Children do not have accounts.
If your kindergarten does not use KidsVerse yet, ask them to get in touch with us.
KidsVerse is built by Sironik Tech.
