About
KidVerse 3D is a play-and-learn app for preschoolers aged 3 to 5. Together with Kibo, a friendly little guide, kids follow the candy path of the adventure map through Number Town, Letter Forest and Explorer Island and play in eight toy-like 3D worlds.
No reading needed: every question, hint and word of praise is spoken in a warm, pre-recorded voice. There are no timers, no scores to beat and no "game over". A wrong answer simply brings a gentle hint and another try.
EIGHT 3D WORLDS
Number Town
• Number Blocks: count apples and ducks one by one, then put two groups together and add up to 10. (Number sense, addition)
• Number Tracing: pick any number from 0 to 9, watch Kibo's pencil demo, then trace it in the right stroke order. Finished numbers come alive and drop that many toys. (Writing numerals, fine motor skills)
• Add & Subtract: join and take away apples, balloons and cookies to meet number sentences, hop along the frog stepping stones (a number line) and make 10. (Addition, subtraction, number bonds)
Letter Forest
• Letter Land: place Hangul syllable blocks and ABC blocks in order to build words like CAT, DOG and SUN. (Early literacy, phonics)
• Hangul Writing: trace Korean consonants and vowels in textbook stroke order and combine letter tiles into syllables. Once a parent adds a first name, children can also "Write my name". (Hangul writing, syllable structure)
Explorer Island
• Space Explorer: watch the planets circle the Sun, then find the red planet, the one with rings and the biggest of them all. (Science)
• Animal Friends: help the cow, the whale and the monkey find their homes on the farm, in the sea or in the jungle. (Living things, sorting)
• Shapes & Colors: pop circles, triangles, stars and hearts into the shape sorter by shape and by color. (Geometry, colors)
HOW CHILDREN LEARN
• Short rounds of 5 to 6 tasks that get a little harder as they go.
• Tracing help fades step by step: a thick path, then a dotted line, then from memory.
• Today's play: Kibo suggests a world with fewer stars or one not visited for a while. It is only a suggestion; nothing is locked or forced.
• Today's stickers: every finished round adds a sticker to the adventure map (three a day).
• Fewer mistakes earn more stars (1 to 3). Stars are praise only: nothing is ever locked.
• Activities are linked to early-years learning goals (Korea's Nuri Curriculum).
• Plays in English or Korean; switch the language in the Parent Zone.
