We love Kidzapp. It’s the best app to find and book play area- they give maximum discount and also you can earn cash backs with each booking.

Why do you show people availability to purchase ticket, choose options and the final steps “no tickets available”. Do not even show it to people or disable configuration on very first step. My family was expecting some entertainment but that final step is annoying

After some time of using the app and saving cashback, i have lost all because of lack of notifications from the app and right after the expiry date i sent a mail to the customer service to get an exception and a chance to recover the amount but did not get a response.
