Customer service

Your app is very Good. I like it but you have a very poor customer service. Slow to respond to customers. This is very bad. You should have earned a 5 but nope.

Bad experience with withdrawal

I attempted to make a withdrawal from your app, but although it initially appears to process the request, it eventually cancels the transaction and returns the funds to my KiiBank account. This is my first time using the app. While depositing is quick and easy, withdrawing funds feels almost impossible.

No other login options

Good app. But I seriously hate the fact that to log in to another device you need the account number… like how would I remember it. Especially when I lost the previous phone I was logged into

Amount reduction Limit

Trust me this is à brilliant app and I love its reliability and efficiency. But honestly I started having set backs when I had lesser number of amounts that I can send money in a day. Please kindly bring us back that option please

It’s boring that I have to update every 4 or 5 days ☹️. Nevertheless, it’s a good app. I know the updates are necessary but guyssss😩
