Still super buggy after update
Even after updating the app, it still is super buggy & now that there’s ads added to it, it makes it impossible to even respond to messages. I miss the old owners of Kik. I’ve had this app for well over a decade and it just keeps going downhill.
Useless update
You just keep destroying your application everytime you updated it,everything have been working useless and bad since you update it 14 hours ago,iPhone users doesn't have access to their account because it keep saying connecting,you keep suspended account without violating your rules and regulations,haven't you get a report yet that your app is not working perfectly since one week now,please update your app and fix everything,this is not the kik we all have known before 😪😪😪😪

Have a subscription, no good
To begin with, none of my messages are loading and keeps saying “connecting”. I have the “premium” subscription which is supposed to save all my chats locally if I ever logout. I log out to try and reset and see if the connecting issue goes away…. Nope my entire chat log..Gone. Profile information…Blank. I don’t know what’s going on with Kik since live streams were terminated but I’d like to continue chats with no issues. Pleaaase Kik do better!

i was unable to access my account due to the app glitch now i logged out and updated my version just now and all my contacts are all gone! please how can you fix this, i only knew chat might be gone after i logout but not contacts please username babegymfit

Connecting issues
Constant issues with inability to connect. Messages not being sent. It’s at least once a year that for several days/week unable to connect. Currently unable to connect…. Again. Do better Kik
Password/connection problem
Had to change password for no reason. Then Kik won't let me log on because I've had too many attempts. Waited 1/2 hour between tries for 2 hours with same message. What the ever loving heck is this??????
Login in error,
Haven’t been able to log in all day. Waited 5 hours to keep getting log in error. Did all updates , uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can’t chat

Last update caused issues with sending messages or receiving. When I logged out and back in all my info is gone along with contacts.

I’m so disappointed , when it works well it works well . Been having a lot of issues out of KIK lately , I can’t even log in at all now after the most recent update 😏

Every single username apparently is taken. According to this joker app everything username even random letters and numbers combination is take. Wow what a joke

I’m looking at reports and Kik is experiencing a huge outage problem that yall are refusing to admit and fix. I tried every way to fix the problem, but my login is bugged, no chats or groups showing up. And my profile is blank. And don’t give me that automated message bs, FIX THIS APP!

The devs deleted my nearly 5k day old account. Zero warnings, zero messages, but HEY theyre working towards getting their scam and sex filled live section back up!

Outage
It seems to be having an outage and there’s no indication on when this is going to be resolved. Went down for me about 9pm on August 18th. Reported to Down Detector.
Is it widespread or just an issue amongst Apple users? Seems like my android friends can access it.
