Worst Customer Service, I Lost $50
I’m extremely disappointed with KIKUU. I lost $50 and no one helped, no refund, no follow-up – just silence after multiple complaints. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with – slow, unresponsive, and careless.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind. They need serious improvement in transparency and customer support.

Your app is freezing on IOS. I close app and reopen, it works for few seconds and freezes again. It’s not usable! Fix this. Thanks

I dnt know of any other country but am in Ghana and i wont recommend shopping on the Ghana site. Their customer care service officers are very rude and takes too long to get your products delivered. Also some of their products do not work at all. Try Alixpresa instead.
