About

Kilenc is a relaxing classic Sudoku for iPhone and iPad. Offline forever — no ads, no tracking, no accounts, no internet needed. • Beginner ramp with three gentle steps before you tackle Standard. • Standard difficulty — Easy, Moderate, Hard, Expert. • Custom mode with three knobs: clue count, technique ceiling, intensity. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, guaranteed. • Per-tile live scoring with Gold / Silver / Bronze medals. • Stats tab: best score per difficulty, last 7 / 30 days, daily streak, total time invested. • Hints that actually help — Kilenc points at a specific cell and names the technique you can apply: "Look at row 3, column 7. There's a cell with only one possible value." 11 human-style techniques across four tiers. • Pencil-mark drafts that grey out impossible digits before you write them; undo; same-digit highlighting. • Light, Dark, or follow-system. 25 languages, instantly switchable. • iPad layout in all four orientations; hardware-keyboard friendly. Kilenc never makes a network request. Your saved games live in a JSON file in the app's sandboxed storage. Deleting the app removes everything.

• Stats is its own tab now — previously buried behind a chart icon in the History toolbar. The Activity row (last 7 / 30 days, streak, total time) and the medal legend get more room to breathe. • Invalid pencil marks grey out — tap the notes-row digit for a number that already exists in the selected cell's row, column, or box, and the button is disabled instead of letting you write down a contradiction. One less step you'd have erased anyway. • Activity row, medal legend, Settings, and the Solved banner's "Next: …" line are now translated in all 25 supported languages. • Kids 4×4 / 6×6 mode is moving to its own dedicated app — the animal-pieces experience deserves a focused home rather than a tab in the main app. Existing Kids saves are dropped on update; the standalone Kids app will arrive on the App Store shortly with its own save store. The 9×9 Sudoku side is unchanged — same difficulties, same scoring, same techniques.
