What's New in Killer Sudoku

1.0.3

August 26, 2026

Bento now plays two games. Regular Sudoku - the classic, cage-free puzzle - joins Killer Sudoku. Tap the tag under the Bento title on the home screen to flip between them. It's a whole second game, not a display option: 100 new hand-built adult puzzles and 48 new kids puzzles across Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert, its own Daily Puzzle, its own stats and streak, and a calm blue theme so you always know which one you're in. Everything you already use in Killer - notes, hints, undo, favorites, the 1-5 star score - works exactly the same. Adult and Kids each get both rulesets, so there are now four separate progress tracks and four Daily Puzzles. The Daily stays free forever, and the first three puzzles in every difficulty of every bank are free too. Nothing you have already solved has moved, and no streak was reset. New to Bento? The welcome tutorial has a new page introducing the two ways to play.

Time Killer but Great Brain Exercise

The app has challenging puzzles, smooth controls, and just the right difficulty ramp. Eye-friendly sudoku app for anyone that is perfect for quick brain workouts and mental exercises. Highly recommend!

Great take on Sudoku

I play sudoku daily and came across this game. It’s like sudoku but on a more challenging level. The fact you need to do match alone with just lining up numbers adds so much more difficulty and forces me to really use my brain.
