Love the clothes everything I’ve gotten so far has been awesome. As far as quality. The only thing I wish they would fix on the app is making it easier to add items to the wish list. I can select everything for the garment, but I just can’t add it to my wish list. I just wish they would fix it.
bad customer service, great clothes
The clothes I have gotten from them have been overall great. I’ve spent a LOT of money over the years with them. My last purchase I received an obvious mis print and they accused me of damaging the product myself. They never gave me a refund or apology just insisted I had somehow mishandled the product fresh out of the box enough for the print to not have been visible at all…
It was one very bad experience out of many good ones so I am choosing to give them another chance and re download their app. Maybe I just got a bad representative. But buyer beware they will blame you for faulty products if you get unlucky.

PLEASE MAKE WISHLISTS WORK
I absolutely adore KillStar and have been obsessed with so many of the items I’ve purchased. The app is perfect in every way… except when it comes to adding clothing items to my wishlists. There’s no “save” button like there is for non-clothing items, so every time I try to add clothes to a wishlist it simply doesn’t work. And when I go to the website to add them, I can’t always do it in the correct size. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Puts you in an endless loop of signing in, when all I want to do is shop and add to a wishlist, since I love this store ☹️ might just use the browser instead…

do to a malfunction in this app I was charged twice and the company refuses to give me my money back, I’m going to have to pay $50 to ship it back too to get a fraction of the money they took from me
It’s a good app but
Every time I looked up clothing items on,y a couple would pull up. Other than that that app itself is ok.
Totally useless
Latest update makes the screen flash. I install/reinstall doesn’t fix it.
a little buggy
love the app other than the fact that it gets incredibly laggy after scrolling for a bit. i can’t even browse an entire section without the app lagging and freezing :( it’s not my phone because as soon as i exit the app, everything else is functioning properly, but resumes as soon as i return.
the app also isn’t allowing me to remove items from my wishlist! i slide to remove it and it only pulls up the edit option, rather than allowing me to remove an item.
other than that, everything is great and the interface is pretty streamlined and functional.

My new favorite shop
I never want to shop anywhere else for clothes ever again. Although the products could be a little on the pricier side, there are constant deals and sales to make it more affordable. The clothes are high-quality and super cute! Just make sure to check the size guide when ordering clothes!
won’t function for me
I’m quite frustrated at the moment. Was in process of trying to place an order because of cyber Monday. Downloaded app thinking it would easier but it doesn’t work anytime I click or search it doesn’t let me. It takes me right back to the main page. App doesn’t function right. Definitely nonhsll

YOUR APP IS BROKEN
I tried to browse the app for cyber Monday and everything I click on doesn’t work; it just kicks me back to the previous menu. Please fix this immediately because it’s completely non-functional.
Wishlist vanished
Looks like my wishlist miraculously vanished. Right before Christmas time too. I was gonna buy something from it for the holidays after a while but guess not because the app is trash.

Even when I saved my passwords in my browser, it would always make me log back in. This way my cart and lists are always still there (cause I add things to lists and sit on them awhile lolz. Also love the exclusive extra discounts for app users and secret sales for members.
Need some adjustments
Trying to use the app, at least in the plus section has been difficult. You click one tab, it takes you to a random category. IE, All tops? Nope, it goes too Bellbottoms. All bottoms? Nah, Mini dresses. It’s easier to navigate through a browser than the app.
Terrible Glitchy App
Every time I check out, it keeps refreshing to the point where I can’t checkout. It says ‘Unable to update cart items’ over and over again. Fire whoever made this.
