An absolutely awful experience.
This is by far the worst piece of software I have ever used. I mean it seems to be as archaic as a 1990s website. The app looks nothing like it does in the pictures. It’s a desktop view that shows up and nothing is user intuitive. If login great if you login again you are not able to. I have never touched something so incomplete in my life. They have two modes too. Sandbox and Development so you can be frustrated twice. Whoever wrote this app should look within their selves and reflect on why they even bother to wake up every morning.

What were they thinking
No ambition at all. Feels like this is just a front end for something, rather than designed as an app from scratch.

It was Great Until Recently
Until recently this app handled my time sheets well. Now however all of the options menus in order to select information from a list are current broken. Examples include the “Time Type” option. You can not see what options are selectable .i.e the options are there but are invisible. As such this makes the app currently near broken...

Stopped working after latest update
Just gives message Sync failed An error occurred.
Regarding developer response: I already sent request. Never got a response. However, my company admin also contacted support directly and they resolved the issue

Doesn't work
I don't normally write reviews, but this is an incredible disappointment. Mobile time and expense entry should be a staple of any system like Kimble. But, the app is horrible. I was able to get it to work once, but otherwise it literally suits at a screen saying "loading...". I've waited several minutes and it never times out outer provides an error message.
I've tried the standalone time and expense app, as well. However, that app never shows my assigned time.

Essentially unusable now
This used to be just like the website, but now I can’t even get it to open for more than 5 seconds/2 clicks before it crashes. It used to just be hard to use but now it’s impossible.

UI is very poor
Everything is many clicks away or too complicated to do. Even the old app made it easier. Simplicity is king with UI and UX
Terribly inconsistent patterns and ui behaviour
This app is not easy to use. You can’t cancel an entry for you timesheet.
When doing expenses sometimes you need to select done sometimes you don’t it is totally inconsistent and you can’t learn behavioural patterns easily so you make mistakes thinking you’ve entered something and you haven’t.

Fiddly, poor user interface, difficult to navigate, unable to correct mistakes
Wheels for time entry seem to have a mind of their own

Confusing
If you need a video to explain how to use an app the UX team are not doing their job. Maybe they’re fighting to enter their timesheet!
Hard to live without it now
Fabulous app for entering time and expenses. Ability to part complete on browser and finish on mobile and vice versatility is invaluable.

Needs to be updated for iPhone X!
App works ok but how could it still not be updated to suit the screen layout of an iPhone X, almost one full year since its release, is beyond me...

Awkward
How can an app like this be so awkward to use? There is nothing in it to make it easy and quick. It’s even more awkward that the old app. The colours and the interface are just dire.

It's ok, but honestly there is more you can't do with the app then you can.. also the font is HUGE implying it hasn't actually been updated since the larger iPhone 6 models were released... in need of a refresh I think!
Just like the website
The app doesn’t have sub category for time entries, so I always get an error when submitting. Only solution is getting on computer to submit entries.
Also, I noticed that time entries randomly show up on my calendar in blue. I try to delete them, but they keep coming back as if they are preloaded.
You guys are awesome fixing all the minor glitches!

Hi Thanks for your review. Can you contact our support with more details so that we can try re-creating? You can do this through the burger menu on the top left in the App, clicking the 'Support' button on the menu and sending the email. Also providing the steps you took will be helpful. Edit: The blue time entries are forecasted time, you'll only see them if there is no actual time, try tapping on them and completing the form to create actual or you can also use the add image button. Thanks

No end of month fighting with expense receipts. I can capture these as I go each day.
