My app visualizes the invisible Science behind Kimjang and lets users manipulate key variables at each step to see how they affect the fermentation in real-time.
By transforming the science and daunting ritual into an interactive, visual journey, it lowers the barrier to entry and turns confusing recipe into a predictable scientific process. 
Instead of following a rigid manual, I want users to have the confidence to converse with this living tradition.
