Invalid credentials showing
Even with correct mobile number and MR number it shows invalid credentials. Even checked with receptionist in hospital they don’t have idea. Fix it ASAP

Updated app is not working and just throw invalid credentials. Resolve immediately, not able to login to see already booked appointment

This version is not working. Even we lost our medical history records that we relied on the previous version. Please do something.
Always say invalid credentials.
I have used older app and it worked better. I got a message that says, uninstall the app and download the lite version. I did that mistake and I am not able to login.

Always error. Can’t open to view anything urgent. Full of bugs and recent update is not even installing
Old Report
The old reports aren’t displayed in the newer version of the app.
Unreliable After Recent Update
Recent updates have made the app unreliable. Frequent login issues, family management not working, missing visit history and prescriptions, and appointment bookings not syncing with the hospital system. In one case, the app showed a confirmed booking, but the hospital had no record of it and the slot was given to someone else. Needs significant improvements in reliability and data synchronization.

Disappointing update - Network error preventing login
The app used to work perfectly fine, but over the last few days, I keep getting a constant "network error" message. It completely blocks me from using any features or even logging into my account. As a healthcare app, reliability is crucial. Please fix this bug as soon as possible!
Not working
First version was working fine and then got issues like cant book appointments etc. Then got a few updates and now nothing is working. Even I can’t see previous saved family members, visit history etc and not possible to book appointments

The latest update of this app (v2.0.0) doesn’t show any details of the patient like visit history, radiology, lab reports, current medication, etc. Previously added family members are not shown.
Complete Data erased and unstable app
This app is always hanging and not at all user friendly. Today it asked me to update and after update I lost all my reports, tests results and even the family members I had added earlier. Can someone look into this issue asap as this is critical Medical data?
