Making an account
Every time I went to put in my password or username after creating a new account it would tell me incorrect password/ username try again. There’s obviously something wrong with the app.
App is driving me crazy
I love everything about my experience with kind goods except for the app. It is buggy and just now I was trying to make an order and every time I logged in it changed my cart so I had to place order as a guest and it was really frustrating. Please fix! Thank you!

awesome dispensary, very friendly!
Not user friendly
Really difficult to maneuver, website inlay in app often glitches and will refresh and clear out cart and login over and over. Sometimes when logging in will transfer to Dutchie website and can only place an order at one of the kind goods locations through it. Overall poor quality

Reward Points
My reward points on the app don’t show up… when I login to the menu I see 10000 but none are reflecting. Shame can’t use the program as intended.
This App Is Terrible
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s hard to search, it’s hard to navigate period. You have to log in every time, then to order log in again. I spend too much time trying to make this app work. This has been my store but I like to do pick ups and can’t half the time because the app isn’t working. Hopefully they chuck the whole thing and start over.

Can we go back to the old app settings. I have tried to order 3 times now and the app either does not load or takes me to a connect bank page.
Great store poor app
Literally like the title says. The store and employees are great. The app is terrible and I’m not sure why I still have it on my phone as it can barely be used.
Useless
The app does not do anything useful, it just takes you to another website that does not save or upload your login information when you try to order.
Cant Sign-In to Account
App has no option to sign in using socials, Google and Apple sign-in. So to use the app they want me to abandon my account with thousands of reward points. Smdh

Wonderful Place
Love this place. They have great deals and love the merch. The customer service is always kind and helpful. I have one problem but I’m sure they will help me out next visit, but I’m not sure exactly how the rewards work and not sure if I wasted 10,000 points or if it work. Updates to come on that issue. Other than that I recommend this dispensary.

This dispensary has so many great deals every single day!! The staff are very friendly and know their products. The daybreak flower is my favorite and never disappoints! There’s also a sonic right down the road for a good snack after stopping by here and getting some goodies. It’s a win a win situation!!
