Really odd names
I selected English (England) and there’s no way these are names from England. Really weird and odd names and tons of very American-sounding names. I’m sure that’s great for some but I’ve got to the end of all the names and not seen many typical/popular names come up at all.
Great variety
Overall a great platform to connect to your partner and scroll and select names. Would love if there was an option to audibly hear name pronunciation…
Not good
Poor selection of names. I managed to go through them all in one night and haven’t gotten any new ones
Good concept limited names
Concept is great. List of names is pretty small and while some unique/less common, most are not.
you’re better off with NameHatch
This is the only app that looks 21st century, kind of. But it has random upgrades for 99 cent that people don’t need. A lot of people say the names are uninteresting and super unusual to choose. That’s why a lot are switching to NameHatch and finding the perfect name in days not months.

Not enough name choices. Also when I add a name it never asked my partner if they liked it.
Limited names
Easy app to use, easy to set up with partner. Names are very limited. Within 3 days I’d seen them all.
Great app
I don’t know why people are having such problems with the app- it’s super easy to follow, links quickly to partner, you get your country names for free and can buy for a very small fee all the other names - great stuff!
Worked ok, then…
Worked as advertised for baby number one (a girl) BUT for baby two (a boy) it’s not recognising matches.
Our apps are still synced. We can still see all of our matches for the girls names, but none of the boys names are showing up (even when we like the same names).

Can’t connect with partner
Constantly getting a Kinder.api error when I try connecting with invite code. Support link in the App Store goes to a dead domain. Moving onto another app
Mostly good, not enough names
Overall a good app. Triggered some good convo between me and my partner. I bought a language specific name pack and felt like it didn’t really give many names at all. With AI now I would have thought it would be super easy to have a huge database of names available. The other nice thing that could have been integrated is as “info” button on the name with some info about its origins and meanings. Overall a good conversation starter about names. But if you’re expecting it to give you some interesting or unique names you’ve not thought about then think again.

Couldn’t connect partner
Pretty useless app if the first step of connecting your partner doesn’t work
Doesn’t work
Inviting your partner does nothing. Doesn’t connect your accounts or even seem like it attempts too. Wouldn’t recommend.
Partner Invite Functionality is Bad
My partner and I got this app for baby naming exploration. It did not allow for me to input who to invite as my partner. It just auto sent it. My partner didn’t receive any sort of invitation and we have no clue who that went to. Terrible functionality had we been keeping it a secret.
Finally Named Our Daughter!
After months of trying to pick a name and a month until baby was due this app brought is a new name we hadn’t even considered and we ended up using the name for our daughter. Simple concept with great results!
Can’t match with partners app
Myself and my partner downloaded but will not allow us to connect to make matches
Repetitive
Some of these names are really old & keep coming up.
Core Function Broken
App will not allow accounts to be linked with their shared link or with the code. Could be nice if you are using solo
