Super Helpful

I’m so glad I found this app. Not only does it help track everything (which is helpful when going to doctors appointments and identifying patterns), there literature and videos that helps with development and keep things fun!

Really nice app to view ways to achieve milestones ! Its important to pratice a lot but to know every baby achieve their milestones at their own timeline

It’s honestly unfortunate as much as it’s understandable that we have to pay to use the app. I am not paying $80 every year for an app

I am a first time mom and I took many child development classes/courses in college. This is app is making me remember all that I have learned and what has been updated in the last 20 years. There is so much information and what great focus this app has. I love it and it so worth the yearly.

Not having the option to turn dark mode off is super annoying because when adding I feeds/sleep or editing them I can’t see anything that I’m doing I have to guess

Beware of subscription

Very disappointing experience. I missed the free-trial cancellation deadline and requested a refund about a week later. Like several apps in the past it’s not a problem. However Apple denied it, while Kinedu says they can do nothing. After weeks of trying to resolve this, the owner offered me a free month—even though I had already been charged $79.99 for 12 months of access. THEY keep the full payment while offering something I effectively already have. Very disappointing customer service, and I would not transact with this company again. Buyer beware.

Me cobraron un año sin mi consentimiento

Tengan mucho cuidado al aceptar los días de prueba gratis, yo quise anular la cuenta porque no me gustó la aplicación y en lugar de anularla se descontaron de mi tarjeta un año de membresía y por más que les envíe correos alegando que fue error porque nunca pidieron autorización para la compra no tuve respuesta. Me parece una estafa porque si a alguien no le gusta o aplicación está en su derecho de desistir pero no, ya se aseguran por un año estés o no de acuerdo. Pesimo servicio por cierto

Premium nonsense

The advertisement I seen for this app was activities to do with your baby based on age. I know there’d be more and there is and that’s cool but the thing that was advertised cannot be accessed unless I pay for premium subscription and that’s bull. It’d make sense to make all the extra bits for premium and let the activities be free but nobody would pay for that sub because most people don’t want the extra bits that they’re are offering for free right now. I don’t

FALTA DE RESPOSTA

Eu cancelei a assinatura e tive o valor ANUAL debitado. Não uso aplicativo mandei email solicitando o estorno e fui TOTALMENTE IGNORADA. Além de ruim o uso do app, faltam totalmente com o atendimento ao público. Ignorando o email e não estornado dinheiro visto a solicitação. Até pro meu banco solicitei apoio porém não puderam me ajudar.

NÃO RECOMENDO e ainda aguardo retorno sobre o cancelamento e estorno.
