Started a trial last year. Cancelled it during the trial and then was billed. Never used the app. They claimed I created a duplicate account and wouldn’t refund me. False Advertising
I saw this app on an ad and it was advertised as “free” but when I downloaded it and did all the sign up I was hit with a subscription button and realised I couldn’t do anything without paying. I was very disappointed as milestones and activities with my child are important to me but what single parent has the money for something like that? I’ve seen in the reviews that you say you have promotions which is good but once that promotion is up the price goes back to normal so what’s the point? I’d rather go watch things for free on YouTube or just Google activities to do. I’d pay a one off fee but not $109 a month.

Cancel the day before they say…
Got the 7 day free trial that ends today the 30th… so obviously i wouldnt be charged until after the 30th correct? Because this is the 7th day of the free trial… well you would be wrong because this morning i woke up to a charge for $79.99 in my bank account. Thankfully i did not have the funds in there so it declined. Why would you have a “7 day free trial” but then have it charge the morning of the 7th day (which should still be a free trial day)

Would be great, except
There is no monthly subscription option. If I could pay by the month I would, but we can't afford $80 plus tax, all at once, to buy for a year so they're losing my business entirely after the free trial expires. What's nuts is they'd make more if I paid by the month, but instead of making more they want to make $0. Bad business. Even if I cancelled after a month or two, 1-2 months of payments is still more money made than $0. Why?

I like the weekly emails sent to me! It gives me play by plays and I enjoy it.
Not as expected
It’s not as shown on instagram, it really doesn’t give you ideas to know what to do with your baby. You have to search for them and not sire it’s cuz my baby is advanced or what, but the few activities suggestions for her month bracket seem to be for younger babies. Will not subscribe again.
Do not sign up!
I’m currently on day 6 of my 7 day free trial and I want to cancel before I am charged and I’ve emailed twice and they just send a step by step how to cancel but there is no cancel option! Do not sign up!!

Why this apps keep on charging me!
I already canceled my subscription and deleted my account because I was no longer interested after the trial period. However, I am still being charged.

Can’t access anything without paying
I downloaded this because I was plagued with ads for it and wanted ideas to help my baby roll over, but learnt quickly that in order to see any results, even to know what needs to be reinforced, I needed a subscription of £60 a year. I didn’t bother with the free trial as I’m not a fan of the predatory nature of their advertising and bombardment of pages telling me to pay up.
Bit of a shame as it seemed to look good on first glance. Perhaps the team could look at making literally *anything* free to access, rather than charging an extortionate amount for a few videos.
I guess I’ll use YouTube

Love this App!
It has been extremely helpful in what to expect in each milestone and how to practice certain skills. I love the classes led by professionals and the Q&A part of the classes. Love this App!!

You can download free, but you can’t use it free. Also very expensive
Easy to use and not overwhelming
The presentation keeps it to a very manageable number of daily activities though you can dig much deeper if you are inclined.

I love this app! It really helps with the baby’s milestones.
Learning app
I found it difficult to take 2 babies outside to learn or do some activities. This app is a perfect solution. My 2 yrs baby learned how to use instruments, and I got to dance with my 4 months in the morning. Two activities on the same day is a hit.
