Premium nonsense

The advertisement I seen for this app was activities to do with your baby based on age. I know there’d be more and there is and that’s cool but the thing that was advertised cannot be accessed unless I pay for premium subscription and that’s bull. It’d make sense to make all the extra bits for premium and let the activities be free but nobody would pay for that sub because most people don’t want the extra bits that they’re are offering for free right now. Eu cancelei a assinatura e tive o valor ANUAL debitado. Não uso aplicativo mandei email solicitando o estorno e fui TOTALMENTE IGNORADA. Além de ruim o uso do app, faltam totalmente com o atendimento ao público. Ignorando o email e não estornado dinheiro visto a solicitação. Até pro meu banco solicitei apoio porém não puderam me ajudar.

NÃO RECOMENDO e ainda aguardo retorno sobre o cancelamento e estorno.
