If you are an endurance athlete and you want to stay injury free, this is the best app for you. It is an encapsulation of all the stuff that goes on in the physical Kinesis gym where world class athletes train. Get this app if you want to move better than you ever have before!

I hate having to plan out my workouts so I love how this adjusts it to my body, goals, fitness, soreness etc. love this app!
