Totally sucked
I have never written a review this low. There are many reasons why I wrote this review. 1 Wi-Fi signal is terrible. 2 camera is bad quality and garbage. 3 it takes like 40 seconds to load. 4 it refreshes every minute, which takes another 40 seconds. 5 and itβs sloooooow. Please fix

Decent camera, horrible app
Constantly disconnects, SD not recognized but plays files, support non existent. Only usable for live watching nothing else.
This system is a waste. Does not work.
Very unstable and unreliable. A real waste of money with inadequate support.

I have two cameras. At first they worked well, but then stopped. Customer service is willing to help but ultimately worthless. Wasred my money!
Fails consistently.
Connects seamlessly at first but within an hour or two no longer connects. Uninstalling and reinstalling the hardware and software as the company suggests has not helped at all. I have had 2 kinet cam camera for several months and things have progressively gotten worse.
