Unable to book recurring GMR Trip
I tried Scheduling a GMR trip in this app today.
Overall, the scheduling process went smoothly. It was certainly much faster than waiting on hold for 45 minutes to speak with a Partnership representative.
However, I was unable to schedule my trip as a recurring trip.
I was given the option, but when I completed the required information, there was no way to advance and finish the process.
I kept getting a message to restart. I tried this twice and it just kept repeating.
Overall, this app is a welcome option for Scheduling trips with Partnership.

Could be very helpful
In general it’s a good tool. It’s clean and straightforward for the most part. Issues: (1) I get random notifications about phantom trips around midnight. I really hope drivers aren’t actually assigned. (2) There were one or two things that were not clear on day one. After scheduling and canceling one or two trips it’s more obvious. (3) I wish there was more control over the actual ride provider. That got me once. The assigned provider would not have worked for my situation so I ended canceling and calling to schedule anyway. I have not yet successfully scheduled a trip but am hopeful. I have canceled and that works as you’d expect. It seems to need some bug fixes and tweaking of the interface but it’s brand new; that’s to be expected. Beats 45 minutes on hold. (Now if Apple would only allow us to proofread our reviews.)
