i ordered since April 2022 and till this day i did not receive my order ! i paid 250$ for a shipment and it is still not delivered!! they stopped responding to my texts too!!!

They took my money and didn’t deliver my order since August 2022. No one is replying No one is giving me tracking number of my order. And ignoring every Message or email we are sending them. Its been long time I'm still waiting.

DONT ORDER ❌ they’re a spam
I have ordered since April, five pairs of shoes !!! Throughout a full week thinking they are legit and they will deliver my order, it’s been six mo this and everytime I ask them they say sorry we’re having issues, it’s the worst WORST WORST app! Don’t order, you will only lose your money, I lost more than 1200 usd. And they say they can’t refund me because the shoes are on the way

They stole my money
I order a pair in April and payed the full amount. It October now and they are telling me that I cannot do refund.
Becareful they are professional scammers
Don’t be fooled with their instagram videos and sessions, neither with their “verification badge”
I made the order on June 2022 now it’s October 2022. Whenever i send them the customer service sends me an automated message to be patient etc. when i ask them about a tracking number they keep repeating the same response.
After that they ignored my messages COMPLETELY.
I have also read tens of reviews that say their products are not authentic (FAKES)
App store should remove this app! No joke.
Oh and im contacting a source inside Instagram in Dubai to investigate their scamming behavior on the platform :) wait and see

That account is a scam !!!
Don’t do my mistake and order anything from this account!! They took my money and didn’t deliver the shoes and they don’t give a refund nor tracking numbers for the shipment because apparently “their courier workers without tracking numbers!!” If I could score them minus zero stars I would!!

I used it before and I received my package later than the delivery date but it was no problem second time I ordered I never never received my product I ordered since may 23 and it says shipped from may 30 and it’s already September 22 so about 4 month from the date I made the order and I contacted customer service a million of times and they kept saying they have issues with the shipping company I asked for a refund however they rejected it and still didn’t give me the package and I don’t think they will like come on 4 months for a shoe anyways I already made a report to my government and hopefully they will take my right!!
